Currently, when it comes to the preferance (preference) between an inexperienced worker at a lower salary and an experienced worker at a higher salary, a vast majority of employers would claim that they prefer an inexperienced worker at a lower salary, due to the reduced cost of their companies, but people who choose an experienced worker at a higher salary, on the other hand, regard that the experience of employees is to a company what the foundation is to a skyscraper. As far as I am concerned, I would, if I were an employer, hire an experienced worker rather than an inexperienced worker, though the required salary of the former one may be higher.(114)4 X! First and foremost, a company in this rapidly changing world cannot survive without efficiency. And no doubt experienced workers can complete their assignments more efficient. How can I anticipate an employee who almost knows noting about the job before to fulfill his/her task without hesitation and faults? Not to mention the efficiency during the procedure and the fairness of the result. For instence (instance), once the company which my brother worked for (company, which my brother worked for,) recruited a worker who freshly graduated from a university, and was assigned to work in my brother's team. Since the boy was inexperienced, he could do nothing but asking and waiting others to tell him what to do. Although the boy eventually caught up with his collegues (colleagues), the efficiency of my brother's team was severly (severely) affected and had been criticized by the boss for several times.(146)

Opponents would argue that an inexperienced worker may also do well in contributing to their company. (Opponents would argue that an inexperienced worker might also do well in contributing to their company.) However, an indeniable (undeniable) fact is that an experienced worker absolutely has a much bigger chance in doing so, and the extra paid money is worthwhile for the bigger chance. Furthermore, if I hired inexperienced workers, I would have to spend a great deal of money to enable them to perform excellent tasks. On the contrary, other companies can easily weaken their will of working for me, just by offering them higher salary, or, at least, my workers would claim higher salary to me as well. If so, should I also raise the salary to retain my workers? Then why didn't I just hire experienced workers at high salary at the very beginning? Or, should I just let them go, which would make my investment on them a total waste of money?(200)- e" f9 H$ M6 D% L! M

Although so many disadvantages as hiring inexperienced workers may have, such as the loss of efficiency and the waste of money, it brings its own benefits to a company. For one thing, inexperienced employees are often quite modest and eager to learn. For another, they are extremely enthusiastic about their new career, which can bring the entire company 1 _& D/ R% N* p6 \

Taking into account all these factors, we could safely come to the sound conclusion that if I were an employer, I would like to hire an experienced worker at a higher salary, though inexperienced workers have their own advantages, because the particular advantage experienced workers enjoy.(46)* z* y" B2 p8 p( o" d
