The information I've collected over the recent years leads me to believe that the improvement of the commerce is less useful than the governors believe. In fact, agriculture plays a extremely vital role in the society and should be given priority. Consequently, I'm fully convinced that the big sum of money ought to be spent on the center for agriculture research instead of business research.

Obviously, superb agriculture's conditions produce positive effects on the prosperity of commerce.

It must be noted that the improvement of our nation's agriculture seems to be not able to catch up with the soaring in the population and there are thousands of peasants who still live a miserable life and have to face the danger of starvation and exposure. It is not exaggerating to say that the basis of the China's agriculture is unstable compared with those developed countries. Accordingly, it is absolutely necessary to build a center for agriculture research in order to eliminate the problem as soon as possible. It is better for us to harness the center to devise the advanced technology which will open up a new era of food production and one day not only allow everyone in China to triumph over the starvation but also live a fairly comfortable life.6 X, K4 s+ H: B
