As far as I am concerned, I strongly advocate the above statement.
Information technology, one of kind of technologies, provides us the huge amount of information. With the help of computer and this technology, we can have more accesses to a multitude of information around us as well as the world. Internet itself is a vast ocean of natural and social science. For example, in the past, students can only get information from the newspapers, books, or from others. All of these ways of gaining information mean that they can only get information from prearranged ways. While computer and internet technology can provide us the latest and maybe any kind of information from all kinds of areas we need.
Additionally, students can more easily and quickly learn the certain information and knowledge they need to study. With the help of the technology, studying is no more a tedious task but a enjoyable and meaningful process for a majority of students as well as most people. Students will tend to study it more actively and positively with a high efficiency. For instance, students major in geology in the past have to read a substantial amount of books and other literal materials to understand the actual conditions of the underground, but now, the conditions of the underground can be showed to students on the computer in the forms of images or videos through the stimulation technology.
