财产证明不是到银行去开么  我开了 冻结4个月的 之后给一个学校邮寄过去了   结果这个学校E-mail 我说 ： just looked at the certificate of deposit that you submitted. It is for the funds which will not be able to be withdrawn until 2009. We need to see that you have liquid funds available to you. The minimum required is $24,090.      我怎么办。。。。。崩溃了。。。。  再问一下 托付加送成绩多长时间能到？

证明是只你的存款已经在银行待了半年以上了，而不是从现在开始算半年。

ETS一般都发的是电子的，学校收到后，要整理归档，有个更新的时间，一般都是寄到后两个星期的更新时间。
