# h R6 \. P9 T. {& A n* `Improvement in today’s technology is the main reason of burgeoning of current science industry, and the crucial factor of developing people’s living standard. With comprehensive technologies, people can go anywhere without spending too much extra time, contact friends without wasting paper and ink, purchase necessities without traveling around the city. Modern transportations and popular computer network (internet) can solve everything. Overall technology helped people
greatly, so does it to students.

4 t; v- A& E& H* B7 f6 Y% \First of all let’s take computer technology as an example, it helped a lot on students’ academic studies. With the existence of computers, students can find every kind of sources on line, from encyclopedia to autobiography, from English dictionary to Math text book, from Chinese history to fashion show in New York. Students can search every aspect of knowledge by just clicking the mouse, so it brought a lot of convenience on looking for information and searching resources. Moreover, students can join the online discussion group to talk about academic problems and contact with their admired professors or peers all over the world. With the help of computer technology students’ horizon will be widened and more pundits will appear in the future. Furthermore, computer technology also provide a stage for students to communicate, like in some forums, students can discuss their test-taking feels, share their opinions, give suggestion to next generations etc. and they are also able to made friends with those who are on line, instinctively they built a way for their future success, with more friends shared the similar background, students will easily find help if they are in trouble.

My mum said she used to spend 2 hours to walk to school every day, and she got frustrated when she arrived in school which made her can hardly concentrate on class. Now the situation has been changed, with the comfortable bus, fast subway, and convenient bicycle… we students don’t need to waste any time on the way getting school, instead we can learn more knowledge by using that time. Can we say technology doesn’t help students?

W$ C& MHowever, technology may also bring some negative effects on the society even the students, such as the air pollution caused by modern transportations, or the violence images released through the internet etc. But the benefit brought by the technology is much appreciable than the drawbacks, and the help it brought to students is especially mentionable. Without technology, we won’t have such a fast moving and well developed world, and without the technology student won’t be able to get in touch with such comprehensive sources, thus we should thank the technology for the help it brought to all human beings.

Have you ever saw a boy became ambitious and started working hard after watching a movies? Have you ever heard that some movies caused conflicts between two nations? Have you ever experienced the horrible journey brought by a movie and made you hardly fall asleep for 3days? If you had undergone those experiences you would share the same opinion with me, which is Movies is a kind of serious work not just entertaining.

9 Y; p, ? k. _7 aAs a major medium that conveys information to all humans, movies played an essential role of reflecting historical events. Along the way that Movie industry grows up, numerous fact-recording movies were created, they told the stories of the past heroes, pass the spirits of persistence, hard-working of the old leaders, and made the traditional cultures continue to spread... With such movies presented, people get known to the past, and hence most people would be encouraged to find their goal of contributing the nation, thus to some extent the creation of the movies helped the future development of the country, can you say such movies are entertaining or they are doing the job without seriousness?

There’s a popular saying nowadays, “movies and novels are materials that represent people’s profound thoughts, and the imagination of the future”. Undoubtablely, movies do responsible to express people’s felling of the world and the expectations of the future or their ideal life, and honestly, these kind of job can’t be done in any comedies. And those high social expressive movies should be edited over and over before facing the audiences, to avoid causing social conflicts among cities or counties.

Moreover movies do influences people in many ways. For example, there’s a girl who begun to crazy on shopping after she watched the movie <shopaholic>, and a boy started to read <the art of the war> after watching <ChiBi> and decided to be a leader of the country. therefore movies do bring people both negative and positive influences due to several reasons, so which theme the movie finally decide, where the movie could be showed, and who can be qualified to watch, should be take into serious consideration.

. L" ?& {# ?& e, o/ O9 uHowever, movies are also entertaining, to some extent they can made people laugh, relax, and being optimistic, but there’s drawbacks behind every benefit, so movies should be treated seriously by any agency, and the serious nature of the movie should be preserved forever.
