Canceling Your Scores

At the end of the test session, you are given the option to cancel your scores. You cannot cancel your score for one section of the test and have the scores for the remaining sections reported. Consider very carefully before canceling your scores. Your scores will be reported to institutions only at your request. If you cancel your scores, they will NOT be reported to you or any institutions, and no refund will be made.

If you cancel your scores, you may have them reinstated, provided that your request is received at ETS within 10 days of your test date.

The fee for reinstatement is $20. Your request should include your

• name
• date of birth
• daytime phone number
• registration number
• payment (see Acceptable Forms of Payment).

Scores are reinstated and reported online about two weeks after your request is received. Your score report is mailed shortly thereafter.
