Due to the benefits from the rapid development of economy, people’s demands are no longer just food, beverage, clothes or accommodations. What they are chasing now tends to be more spiritual. Usually, they are linked with personal preference, such as cars, laptops, collections etc. Even handgun, a deadly weapon which can easily cause huge damage, is collected by people in large number. Worrying at the severe consequences it may lead to, I think stronger restriction should be imposed on purchasing handguns.
According to a survey conducted by NSSB, an official organization in china which studies the crime rate, has shown that people owning guns have a higher possibility to become a criminal while those who without guns are less likely to behave illegally. Exact statistics demonstrate the crime rate of the former is 12% higher than that of the latter. As we can see, loosened policy on gun trading has already threatened the security of society.
one good example to assist us to see the potential problem is that a college student named JiaJue Ma who is used to be considered only a gun geek, now, with the help of WP-401, a mini-sized gun with the ability to cause fatal destruction, killed 4 students, of whom all are his roommates. Everyone of his teacher told the media that he was a hard-working student with extraordinary talent. “I could never imagine he did something like that”, said one of his teachers. It is also reported that MAJIAJUE shot his roommates just because he wanted to see how much damage could the gun cause. Obviously, he is going to be sentenced, nevertheless, such tragedy could have been averted if tougher restriction was imposed on gun business. In that case, he could only enjoy the pictures of the guns in a magazine instead of taking other people’s lives.
I can’t deny that a gun can, on some levels, bring a sense of safety to anybody, and may even protect him or her. However, it is impossible for the government to ensure the security of the citizens if everyone has got a gun! What we thought before can only bring us to the opposite situation. As a result, tougher restriction should be imposed on handguns.

As we all enter a new era when people’s lives are associated with knowledge, there is a distinct tendency that society requires people on all sides, Not only can you operate a computer, but also you should be able to speak more than two foreign languages. The phenomenon that people are buried with all kinds of knowledge is what we call Knowledge Explosion. As a result, people who are overwhelmed with books suffer from great stress. How can we avoid being an under-pressure person? Setting up an organization or group seems to be a nice choice.
Advantages can be seen from it clearly when a team is dealing with a project requesting creation and passion. As each individual is different from other, there is a higher chance for a team to come up with a fantastic and creative idea. What’s more, the team leader could serve as an inspirer whose aim is to both manage the team and hold each one as a whole. Another reason is that when a team, unfortunately, fails in a certain project, it is always the whole team get criticized instead of someone, in that way, the passion of a team member for a better goal would not get chilled. Oppositely, the organization will probably start to realize that what they have done is not good enough, instead of complaining about the pickiness of the supervisor.
The pleasure after a success is also amplified in a team. As the saying goes:” once you share your sorrow with a person, it becomes half, as to happiness, it doubles.” The joy when finishing a huge task is beyond describing. Since everyone becomes a super star in the field at which they are quite good. Unlike a single person, he has to handle plenty of situations where he doesn’t have a clue.
Undeniably, it would be really tricky to deal with the relationships among members in a big team for everyone is so different. The leader may be doubted or even insulted and the people working for him always complain about the working environment such as salary or welfare, sometimes they will consider themselves superior to others in the team, therefore they don’t cooperate or treat themselves as those who have no business with the task. However, such problems can be solved if there is a qualified leader, he may cool the collision and reset the trust and friendship in the team. So, as far as I am concerned, I think organization is essential to everyone living in the world.
