Spending certain amount of time on sports is often conducive to our health, particularly for young children who are in the important process of growth, both physically and mentally. So far as I am concerned, the advantages of playing sports for most of young children is able to outweigh the disadvantages, if there is any.

For one thing, important in doing sports is to make young children a healthier and more productive life. It was a time when I entered in primary school that my weak body could not adapt easily into the new life in which relatively heavy homework became a necessary element for me. I therefore suffered from occasionally catching serious cold and having to stay at home for an almost meaningless school year. In the second year, as my parents determined to send me to a football club with professional training program that necessitated exhausting running and exciting matches, I was surprisingly getting stronger than ever before within a year. It was obviously playing football that made me much healthier and even more effective in my formal study due to little absence in comparison with that record made before.

For the other thing, practicing sports is able to teach young children how to face the music. As I have participated many football matches as a player, I strongly feel that the pressure applied on me in a match is good to make myself more persistent in pursuing the established goal. In many cases, the challenges posed by the opposite best served as a powerful impetus to my team to win the game, and we made it under the pressure of possibility of loss as well as with the desire to overcome such pressure.

Admittedly, someone may have noticed some disadvantages of practicing sports that in their prospective would probably distract young students' attention from their school tasks. And to be sure, there are some cases in fact indicating that some young boys tend to fall behind in class because of obsessively concerning themselves with practicing sports. However, this fact is not able to completely deny any necessity of practicing sports and the function of it in promoting young children's development. For those whose amount of time spent on sports are excessive are to be limited in practicing sports, but generally, playing sports is to be encouraged for most young children.

Mencius, one of the greatest and most influential philosopher and educator ancient China has ever seen, was quoted in Mengzi as saying: Only difficulty and hard-time experiences can make an outstanding, excellent, or even prominent human. These days, some people claimed the essential skill of human should be concentrate on one subject, the way I see it, this statement is as absurd as it is harmful.

The remarkable weakness of the view, posted by those who advocate one should specialized in one single subject is the ignorance of the fact that each course can be interacted with others. According to statistics taken by a group of psychological science, mathematic and music has its own relationship, to learn an instrument can improve our ability to dealing with some logical puzzle. Facts witnesses and presented many examples as below. I still vividly remember at the age of 4, I began to learn piano day by day, and love it very much. When I enter the senior high school, I often lost myself dealing with the Mathematic problems and totally forgot all things bother me. What’s more, Bill Clinton, one of the chairman of the United State, is fascinated with playing saxophone; Luyi, the SAT teacher of Beijing new oriental school, like singing very much and we can hear different types of song in each of his class. If you can see it, you will understand it more deeply.

In addition, to learn another subject can live our life to the fullest. My father is working for a big company, everyday he is suffered from important meeting and writing material, what’s more, he had to accompany with his leader to make more friends in the restaurant, it is a time-consuming work obviously. One day I suggested him learns to play golf, and when he stepped in the grassland, he felt great! After painstaking study, his talented of golf has been totally reduced, and soon become skilled at it. However, the story is not over until his leaders was interested in golf, too, and begin to make friends in the golf land! It is either save their time in the restaurant, or making so many friends in playing a sport, in addition, my father never suffered from any diseases any more, that’s cool!
       
Take my father and I aside, there are millions of examples, I could go on endlessly. But time is running out and I think these examples are sufficient. As I mentioned above, we can easily come to the conclusion: Learn to broad subjects is much better than a single subject. As Mencius saying, we may have a hard time dealing with our subject, but another skill is necessary. In fact, if we learn to enjoy everything in our life, we will have a lot of good memories, and when we grow old, we will proud of our entire fullest life!

To do this, they will embrace a broad view to analyze and address the problem. These days, some people believe learning knowledge in different spectrums can is beneficial for broadening people's horizon, while others is against it.  As far as I am concerned,  we are difficult to pick out a better learning pattern between them as my reasons as following.

For starters,  the advancement of some areas needs to depend on the foreign knowedge and inventions. When it comes to the scientific area, innumerable examples illustrats this point of view. In retrospect, the development fo Biology and Molecular biology has greatly  relyed on breakethrough in Physics and Chemistry. If the facility about firaction technology, we are difficult  to imagine that Watson and Crick could detect the double helix structure of DNA.
At the same time,  Space technology   never enjoy  independent development. In fact,  todays its great progress are responsible for the combination of various knowledge, including remote control, new materials, fuel, and computer.  Therefore,  like a machine, the knowledge of each area can be assimilate a gear. If we want to make this machine run smoothly and effectively, we need to learn the function of different gears and then coordinate them.

What'more,  Through learning wide range of knowlege, we will tend to think about the problem from whole different angles. For instance, a government has a plan to build a big dam with invitating many experts specilizing in different domains. After discussion, the geologist may oppose this project because the establishment of this dam will compomise the geologcial structure and then lead to earthquake and flood. The economist will possible to support the program beacasue in his opinion the big dam can generate more incomes and improve the local logging enconomic situation. At the same time, ecologists and histrorians will hold negative  points toward the annoucement. Therefore, if  having the wide knowledge in different areas,  we can consider the method dealing with problems logically.

However,  when a person want to hunter a good job with mastering the specific knowledge, he will be easier to get a pretty employment. After all, under the influnce of Media especially internet, people are exposed to diverse information ranging from laws to politics;from music to language. Therefore, the basic knowledge including computer,English and so on has been holden by people. It, however, is a ture that now our society need more experts focusing on specific subjects instead of generalists.

All in all, both the two type pursuing knowledge is important for the development of human society. They paly the different role in our life.  W

With the evolution of modern society, more and more inventions have been invented by scientist. After the Third Industrial Revolution, The world has seen a big step for our daily life. Modern inventions such as automobiles, airplanes, cell phones have been widely used among humans. Nevertheless, it is these inventions that caused severe damage to us. The issue that whether cell phone is available when using transportation receives argument likewise, while some people think vast numbers of mankind have using it in automobile, and there’s no accidence happened before. As far as I am concerned, this statement is as absurd as it is harmful. If they once suffered from an accident, they will become disability at least.

First and foremost, cell phone should be forbidden when a man is driving his car. According to statistics taken by a group of scientist, the traffic accident of China has been steep growing as the years went by. In 2006, 30 percent of these accidents were caused by the usage mobile phone, moreover, some drivers died as a result. Just imagine if a human has been dead, who will take after their parents? Some of them have a son or a daughter, the lost of a father will have a tremendous influence of their childhood. Take one of my best friends, Xiaoqiang, whose father was dead in a traffic accident as an example. After his father’s dying, he felt frustrated, distressed and heart-struck. We often found him crying in the playground after school. One day he lost his NOKIA mobile phone, which was used by his father when he suffered from the accident. Xiaoqiang felt anxious about it and even shouting out: the mobile phone is the last thing my father left in the world we are living in, and it mustn’t be lost! Though he found it as a result, we are afraid of what he’s said before. If you can see it, you will understand it more deeply.
       
In addition, to be a passenger, we should never use a cell phone in transportation, especially in the airplane. As we all know, the pilot should interact with the surface by using radar. The increase amount of the usage of cell phone will affected the radar to function well. The pilot can’t find the destination, which endangered hundreds of people’s health. History witnesses and presented many examples as below: some people thought it is unnecessary to forbid cell phone in an aero plane; they just want to have a try, and result in severe damage of the plane and passenger. Close your cell phone before the plane is taken off has been declared by the service second after second. Don’t you think these examples are persuasive?

Take my friend aside, there are millions of examples. I have go on endlessly. But time is running out and I think these examples are sufficient. In fact, not only do I prefer not to use cell phone when using transportation, but also prefer more and more people could use telephone as their major community tools. Especially, these years, a cell phone as a indispendable commnication tool plays a vital role in providing conveninent way for connecting of people. Furthmore, cell phone also make it possible instant communication when people encounter some emergency, including crash,  saving the victim of a natural calamity and so forth. However, there is a hot issue whether cell phone should be restricted in some public places. Some people believe this bans will benefit safty and harmony of our society, while others is against. As far as I am concerned, I fundamentally follow the former one.



For starters, using cell phone is the major reason that are responsible for the transportation accident. It is easy imagine that when a person drives a car with using cell phone, his concentration will be distracted and fail to focusing on steering the car. Consequently, the possibility of happening the serious accdients. According to the statistics report conducted by Chinese Daily, New York Time of Chinese version, todays the 30% of total transportation derives from using cell phone to chat. At the same time,  a celebrated officer commented:" the accident amonut due to using cell phone has exceeded that from alcohol. In Japanese, After government put some regulation about limited cell phone in car, the rate of accident has dropped dramatically. Therefore, the classic words comes to mind, " in order to safeguard other's and your own happiness, please Let us stop using cell phone when you drive a car.



In addition,  some experience tells us that in some public area,  taking cell phone chat with other people can interrupt the study and discussion  of people.  For instance, when reading the book or carry out a discussion in class room, people will really hate the ring of cell phone. The good atmosphere will be broken while noise of cell phone distract people's concentration. Take the new policy implemented by my University for example. Now our university has forbiden professor and Teahing assitant using cell phone during class hours. The reason is that this behavior is not only disorder the study of students but also tend to generate bad ethos with student immitating them. Therefore, after carrying out this new ban, the Teaching quality obviously improve.

Take the reports and my school aside, there are thousands of examples  to illustrate my point of view, I can go on endlessly .Based on the discussion and example above, I can safely draw a conclusion that under the common circumstances, government should put some laws to limit the using of cell phone at some public sites.
