As technology develops day by day, government pays more attention on these modern sciences than the basic need of people. Personally, the government should shift its point from the computer science to the basic construct of people’s life. First, many people’s living condition should be improved by the government. Also, government should use more funding on the environment.

For starters, government can use much money to make people’s lives better. Some countries suffered hunger and illness from a series of wars. Certainly, the government should spend money on the refugees, to buy them enough food and clear water, to offer warm place for them to live, to give them some sanitation facilities. In the peace places, it is also necessary for government to think highly of the basic construct. Nowadays, some toxic gases produced by burning the fossil fuels were released, which as a matter of fact, makes our living environment worse, includes the air pollution, water pollution, sand storm and so on. Our government ought to spend funds on protecting environment, such as planting trees and grass which can absorb some toxic waste. Planting cannot only clean the air, it but also can make our city more attractive.

We cannot deny that computers change our life a lot, and it is one of the most important inventions in 20th century. But only spending money on developing some aspects of computer cannot benefit our human beings directly, and to some poor place, maybe the technology is useless, for they just cannot eat to full. In conclusion, government should spend more money and time on the basic need of people.
