新写一篇``欢迎拍砖

The world-wide industrial revolution has brought about some obvious stimulations to today’s world, one of which is that the pace of industry has been greatly accelerated. As a leader of an international company, I have to see the situations clearly in order to stabilize my business. One of what matters to the future of my corporation is the labor forces that I will hire. So problems comes that what kind of new labor shall I employ, the one who with experience but asking for high salaries or the one experience less but require less? My choice will definitely go to those absolute freshmen.

The answer is obvious: it’s economical because they require lower salaries. But this is not critical. What matters are as follows. Freshmen with skills and ambitious has no work experience before, all they want to achieve is to have it, while that’s what I can afford—to satisfy their desires to be a formal employee. They are just identical to pieces of pure white canvases with high quality, with no markings carved on. So they know little about the pattern or style which my employees should follow while working. Compared to drawing, I don’t have to take extra time and effort to reshape his or her concept about working. All I have to do is “to draw at will”, to shape the freshmen as the type of my ideal staff, with totally pure work style that I want. That will reduce the occurrence of conflicts between two different work concepts. For instance, if one of my manager asks his clerk to hand in a paper right before a certain time, but the old pattern alludes to the clerk “why the hurry?” As a result, a quarrel might take place, not only does harm to the harmony among my staff, but also and what’s worse, disturbs the process of the business at hand, meanwhile, which is so important to a company.

Undoubtfully, the company will spent an extra budget on new staff’s training program. But from my point of view, it is very necessary and worthy. Freshmen are easy to satisfy, then I’ll   spend a financial program on their academic and skill training. I helped them to manage to reach another higher level of their lives. I cared about them physically and mentally. Besides my business, I dedicate myself to my employees. Thus, I find no reasons for anyone of them to betray me. Compared to those who asks for more, as long as I did a tiny thing wrong to them, then maybe a resignation would begin to form in their mind, that is, a scheduled bomb threatening the stability of my business. I can’t imagine the loss it would bring about if one of my CEOs forsake me, joining another company who is competing with me.

But one thing that I must state clearly is that I’m not absolutely disagree with the idea to hire those experienced employees. They are excellent and skilled, so I don’t have to budget on their skill training, thus a sum of money could be saved. Experienced employees are more skillful to handle those difficult problems. So the work efficiency are always high and a lot of time will be saved for other projects. In addition, those employees will consider about the reputation of his or her own company more often than those freshmen.

Finally, if you could stand in my shoes, you will definitely figure out that the significance that I hire the freshman is far more urging than hiring those who is experienced but asks for more. Though I might not benefit instantly from those freshmen, but who could tell after 6 or a shorter period of time? I believe in what have chosen. There is an old saying “plan further receive more”, meaning we could not only focus the matter at hand, instead, we should broaden our minds and look far beyond what we see. That is all for the reasons why I made this choice.

So problems comes that what kind of ...应该改为So problems comes to that what kind of...
one experience less应该是one experiences less,require也是一样,而且我觉得两个but用的是不对的
其他的还可以,慢喜欢你用的那个比喻的

段落结构挺好。中间段用2段先说了选择 experience less but require less 的原因,然后分析了另一个观点。很像教主的模式哦~~文中有一些小的语法错误,还有我觉得举例应该再多一点。
