Every year numerous people run to the labor market to find a job, and they can be approximately devided into two types: inexperienced but a lower salary and experienced but a higher salary. Some company consider that experienced workers can bring them higher profit. While others might choose inexperienced workers by the reason of lower cost. From my perspective, I agree with the latter idea. Hiring an inexperienced worker is not only a meaning of lower cost, but can bring a skilled-in-future candidate to the group.

As a statistic about the condition of employment has shown, above 73 percent of the new member have a force to work deligent, especially those with less experience. Will you refuse a hard-working guy only because he is inexperienced? Hiring an unskilled person is very feasible even only considering the condition of cost-effective.0 P" v7 g3 {: R- `+ \) s* v. x
Moreover, lack of prior experience is not a fully bad thing. Oppositely, it will allow them to learn new procedures more quickly, as they will not have to unlearn old ones. Similiarly, employers often complain that seasoned workers have become rusky in their established routines. They lack of the initiative and drive in comparision with their youthful counterparts. Finally, creative positions are often filled with people who have little experience because these individuals are still open to new trends and movements, as oppose to being committed to old fads. They are worth being trained, and they are potential labor capital and finally can make great profit for the group.. z* E& n7 ]3 h( [, n* M2 V
The concern over the advantages of the skilled candidates, however, I believe, is not without reason. It is clear that some positions for which

For instance, an investment firm will not allow a recent college graduate to manage files of their most important clients. And an international company will not hire a inexperienced worker to be its CEO. In these area specialised knowledge gained from experience is compulsory. We can’t put the unskilled employee instead only concerning about the purpose of the profit maximization by cutting the cost down.
. F3 x9 }( W0 QFrom my point of view, if the aim of hiring is only to the fundamental operation, the advantages of choosing a less experienced guy carry more weight than those of choosing a more experienced person. So, in conclusion, if I am an employer, I prefer to hire a worker which is inexperienced but demands a lower salary.
