Interestingly, people who have difficulty in dealing with stress are called stressors.
Different people have different response to or attitudes towards stress. One thing should be noted that moderate stress
can motivate people to achieve their goals. But being to much stressful will make someone
easily break down or become aggressive. The right way for those stressors is to turn to psychological consulting or do some
aerobic exercise to ease their tension.

Self-modification:
Stress usually be defined as some events or situations that cause people feel tension, pressure and other negative emotions.
People are often feel stress. We may feel stress when we are very busy, having to meet deadlines to finish some tasks. When competing with others,
when arguing with our friends, when receiving unpleasant evaluation by our supervisors, we may be vulnerable to stress.
However, stress has positive and negative effects. Stress is normal, adaptive reaction to threat. Fear of certain things that pose realistic threats motivates
us to deal with or avoid them. Moderate stress fuels us with motivation and creation. But exposure to choronic stress can contribute mental disorders and phsical illness as well.
In a word, stress should be apropriet managered. People should use thoughts or actions to
deal with stressful situations or lower stress levels. The plausible methods are making positive statesment about oneself,
resisting frustration, remain optimistic.
