There is no doubt that a successful corporation cannot be irrelative with a good supervisor. In other words, if a company has a boss, who is unrespected and lack of credit, how can his employeers trust him and do their work to the best of therr abilities, and how can this company get its outstanding achievement. So a supervisor with good qualities is very emportant to his corporation .
For starters, having far-sight takes a vital part of outstanding qualities of a good surpervisor. It means that a good leader should have a long head to see the foreground, which has benefit for the development of the company. Bill Gates, American software tycoon and cofounder of Microsoft, is a perfect example. He foreseed the tremendous potential of computer development, then he droped his studies form Harvard University and devoted himself to the world of software. He successed. And his success not only made himself become the richest person in the world, but also impeled his microsoft company to be one of the most influential corpotations. So possess forward-looking is a preeminent quality of a excellent supervisor.
Furthermore, in my opinion, being flexible is another quality of a good supervisor. It's the foundation of congregate the stuff together to do their best to put the company forward. Suppose a boss in a company is very autocratic and unflexible, his employeers may be unsatisfied with him and the work, then is there any motivity for the employeers to word harder? What's the good for the company? Obviously, the answer is nothing.
Last but not the least, being a good supervisor should also have the quality of acute insight. It means he has the ability of discerning different people . With this quality, he have clear ideas about what's the characteristic of his subordination and which positon is befitting for them. Making everyone get their suited position can imspire their potential to perform their best qualities to make the whole company develop. In addition, a supervisor having acute insight denotes that he can catch hold of the superexcellent opportunity which is benefit for their corporation.
All of the things considered, being a good supervisor should have the ability of far-sight,which can make his company always hold one position of the high-developing world, and shoule have the quality of flexible, which can make his stuff get together to work harder and harder. Except that, acute sight is also necessary, which make the company go further.
