T: work alone or work together?


Confucius, the greatest philosopher and most influential educator of ancient China, said: three cobblers with combined equal Zhu Ge Liang the master mind. Some people prefer to work alone since they think they will get more controllable time and energy to operate their own schedule. Contrary the opinion of many people is my heartfelt agreement with the idea that team work not only can improve communication skill but also can make more friends. My agreements for these points are listed as follows.

First of all, the modern age is an age of communication. People are so frequently to debate or agreement to express their ideas that it is hard to imagine what life would be like without the good communication skill. Take a simple example, someone wants to finish his assignment which compose of a variety of objects such as botany and chemical. If he didn’t get any help from others he might fail to research a plenty of the overall materials. Things would be changed when he choose work with a group since two hands are better than one. In short, different co-worker may hold different ideas and may lead a superior conclusion.

An equally important reason is working in a team might make more friends and have more fun. For an instance I was a member of botany study group, and every time when we get a complex assignment we would divide into dissimilar aspect of it to study, therefore we should cooperate with each other to finish it before the date. Because of the cooperation we make up our friendship. After working we usually go the coffee bar and chatting about our hobby or interesting things around us. It is always enjoyable. In conclusion, the teamwork not only helps us to enhance our team spirit but also to build our friendship up.

However, every coin has two sides, the fact that there may be a couple of disadvantages to support those who agree to work alone. For example working with other might get less chance to bring up our independence. Some friends of mine, when they work in a team, they occasionally have their own ideas. On the other words, they are the follower without thinking. Besides, sometimes teamwork will take more time but does less work rather than work alone. Although there are minor disadvantages to work with others, I still believe that its advantages are more obvious.

In a word, it is sagacious to support the statement that it is better to working in a group. Taking into account of all these factors; we may reach the conclusion that cooperation with others holds more advantages than working without others.

不要去一遍一遍的看各类论坛上牛人的作文习作了，受那打击干什么哪？找着一个感觉写得貌似不如自己的，欣喜一下？自欺欺人又怎么样哪？你踏踏实实的对着戴云老师的讲义，把要你背的都背了，把要你分析的都分析了，把要你练得都练了，把要你写得都写了。不要强求数量，看3，4篇范文的时间不如把自己的文章吃透，找出自己的不足，改，去弥补。 我说的有些直接，也不好听。我要的就是警醒一些人也鼓励一些人，那些和我一样的人。我后悔我没有这么做，后悔没有给他足够的时间。戴云老师说过“作文这个东西讲多少都没用，道理都懂了都没用，你要去写！”。所以我就不讲了，我一个作文那么烂的人也没得讲，只希望上面的话能给一些人安慰也给一些人一点准确的定位。
