问一个关于人称的问题

记得有一位老师讲作文的统一性时，强调了人称的一致性，但是我对此的理解一直处于懵懵懂懂的状态...不知道是受中文的影响还是什么，我写作中的人称总是变来变去，对于人称的限制到底是怎么样呢？为了方便高手指点，我特意写了一篇几乎把所有人称代词全部用上而我自己看起来一点不觉得变扭（汗...）的作文...
Topic:Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good neighbor? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Neighbors play an crucial role in our daily life. An annoying neighbor may ruin your leisure time at home while a good neighbor, as a Chinese old saying goes, is better than a distant relative. The ideal neighbor in my point of view is respectful, considerate and careful as well as helpful.

It is not essential that neighbors should be friends, but fundamentally they are obligated to respect each other. Since neighbors live so close, one's living habits might be familiarized by others, and even secret talks are unavoidable to be overheard. However, it is really disgusting to find your privacy being gossiped by neighbors. A good neighbor knows exactly how to control curiosity and how to improve relationships simply by smiles and greetings.

Then, I would admire a neighbor considerate of others, caring the neighborhood. A good neighbor never litter in consideration of the environment; a good neighbor turns down the television at night fearing for disturbing others; a good neighbor acts quickly on seeing others' lives or properties in danger: He or she always keeps your feelings in mind. Living with this kind of responsible neighbors, you will certainly live a comfortable life in a pleasant surroundings.

What's more, I wish my neighbor could help me not only in my daily life but also in living and behaving. As being a stranger studying or working outside one's hometown, one usually faces successive worries. How to get familiar with the surroundings that newly moved into? How to deal with piles of newspapers in letter-box while on vacation? With a reliable neighbor's help, you could smoothly get over your difficulties. In addition, a good neighbor is able to and willing to teach you something. He or she may not be a professional in some field, but a person elegant setting an example for you  or a person experienced in living from whom you acknowledge tips from time to time.

Taking into accounts all these qualities have been discussed above, it is really fortunate to have such a good neighbor. All in all, we should appreciate and value what neighbors have done on our behalf, trying to be a good neighbor in turn simultaneously.
