Do you like a large shopping center build in your neighborhood?

While build a shopping center may cause some problem, say, traffic jams as people worried most,  I believe it is denying fact the new shopping center will benefit us in a remarkable variety ways, as detailed below.

In the first place, a new shopping center is able to offer local residents a good place to relaxed and reduce the stress. Many people commute to our city for work, and find that the stress of their jobs, combined with the intensity of modern life, is very tiring and stressed. A new shopping center will provide our citizens a temporary escape from the hectic life and take people`s mind off the stressful events. Thus, they may feel energetic and clam after spending time on shopping mall.

Secondly, a new shopping center will contribute to our local economy in differ areas. It will offer numerous job opportunities such as assistant, accountant and manager, that will suit our neighbor`s need. Moreover, the shopping mall will pay more taxes. Consequently, our neighbor really benefit lots, since the local authority would surely using the increasing taxes to improve the community. In addition, a shopping center will attract a diverse array of people, who live nearby, to come, bring a enjoyable boom in business, say, restaurant , entertainment ,and public transportation.

Admittedly, a shopping mall, to some extent, surely will have possible negative aspects here .take the influence on the traffic congestion for example, the volume of people wanting to buy products at the shopping center will worsen the traffic situation. People have to tolerant the increasing mound of time travel home. Moreover, exhaust pipe gases may pollute the air of our city as well.

Although there are some negative impacts the new shopping center possess, the beneficial positive aspects it bring is undeniable and outweight the possible negative aspects . we coule safely come to a conclusion that build a new shopping center near my town is worth and we all vote for it.
